Alternate Lodging:

If you would rather stay off-site, or rooms at The Tides are booked up, please see below for some other options. The first listings are for venues within the resort group, which will have shuttle access to the main venue. We have also included more general options near the bottom of the page just in case that works out better for you.

If rooms are not available at the Tides and the price of other lodging is prohibitive, please contact us directly. We have set aside a travel assistance fund in lieu of additional room blocks so we can allocate funds in the best way for each traveler who may need them.

Kennebunkport, ME 04046

Right in the heart of town, this hotel is steps from great little shops and dining. If you’re looking to take in the area on foot, this is a great option. They have both king and queen rooms, and a couple of choices with two beds.

The Grand Hotel

1 Chase Hill Road
Kennebunk, Maine 04043

The Grand Hotel is right at the edge of town. A bit quieter and more art-focused than the Kennebunkport Inn, it is very close to shops and art galleries as well. It currently has mostly king rooms available.

The Lodge on the Cove

29 South Main Street
Kennebunkport, ME 04046

This venue is more casual and secluded, with rooms that include multiple beds. Some even come with bunk beds! They have a limited number of dog friendly rooms as well.

Currently the Lodge has a 3 night minimum stay. If you are looking to stay for fewer days, I would suggest the above locations, or non-resort options listed below.
